Alison Miller

Alison is a business development strategist at Omni Agent Solutions, where she leverages more than a decade of experience in restructuring, private equity, and legal services. She began her career as a restructuring attorney at Kirkland & Ellis before transitioning into business development, building a reputation for connecting professionals, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving growth within the restructuring and investing communities.

She is also the founder of Pink Water Events, bringing together accomplished professionals through thoughtfully curated experiences and networking opportunities. A passionate advocate for women and environmental conservation, Alison serves on the board of the Outdoor Discovery Network and is dedicated to supporting women’s advancement through community building, entrepreneurship, and meaningful connection. She lives in Holland, Michigan, where she enjoys gardening, conservation efforts, and spending time outdoors.

Katya Chernyak

Katya started out her career as a corporate bankruptcy attorney, advising clients in some of the largest, most complex in- and out-of-court restructurings, while devoting her limited free time to representing pro-bono clients in asylum proceedings. After fifteen years of law practice, Katya pivoted to becoming a tech startup founder. She’s channeled her frustrations from online dating into a business that helps other professional millennials like herself to have better experience with dating apps. She now proudly runs an all-female LGBTQ+ run team in a male dominated tech industry.

She is a passionate advocate for women’s and animal rights. She’s part of a number of female entrepreneurial organizations and mentors women to help them thrive in a corporate and business environment. Katya is an avid lover of good food and a voracious consumer of good tequila.

Monica Blacker

Monica Blacker is a world-traveller, independent director, investor, lawyer, advisor and international speaker who has extensive experience assisting clients in high stakes litigation and restructurings. Her varied experience leads to an innovative approach to solving complex business issues and effectively managing risk. In 2017, she started a consulting firm focused on diversity and inclusion that has led to opportunities to act as in-house counsel, advisor to public boards and ultimately situated her to serve as a director on public and non-public company boards. In addition, she has been hired by public companies to report to their board of directors on diversity and inclusion matters. She is also a founding member of Girls Just Want to Have Funds, member of the Fourth Floor and an investor in various companies. All this experience makes her a unique professional with the ability to address not only board issues and restructuring, but also focus on diversity and inclusion. During her little bit of free time, she loves to travel, bake and drink champagne!
